Yes. Anyone living in Bangladesh can become a member by choosing a membership plan and signing up online.

We offer two simple plans:
i. Basic Membership — ৳99/month: Access wholesale prices and enjoy a minimum of 20% savings.
ii. Premium Membership — ৳299/month: Includes cashback rewards, priority customer support, early flash sale access, and exclusive premium-only products.
5. Is there a yearly subscription option?
Yes. If you subscribe yearly, you get 13 months for the price of 12 or a discount.
6. Do you offer any free trials?
Yes! You can enjoy a 7-day free trial of Premium Membership, but you must first have a basic membership.
7. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time before your next billing cycle. No long-term contract or commitment.
8. Will office and business memberships be available?
Yes. After three months, we will introduce Office and Business Memberships with special packages designed for small businesses, offices, and retailers.

We aim to deliver within 1-3 business days inside Dhaka. Delivery time may vary based on location and product availability.
12. Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes, but in that case, cash on delivery is not available.
13. Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order limit for members. You can buy as little or as much as you want.
14. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept mobile banking options, including bKash and Nagad, as well as cash-on-delivery, where available. Bank transfers and debit/credit card payments will be added soon.
