• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
• Refunds may take 3-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
• Membership subscription fees are non-refundable once activated, except in cases of technical error or duplicate charges.

• Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
